Heidi Beier

Heidi Beier has been teaching dance to students age 4 - 70 for the last 20 years. In 2015, she had the opportunity to take Essentrics classes in Colorado and fell in love with the way she felt during and after the class, as well as the science behind the practice. She earned her Honors Level 1 certification in 2016 and her Level 2 certification in 2021. She is currently working on Level 3. She has slowly brought Essentrics to Utah and is currently teaching online classes weekly. She continues to teach dance at Utah Valley University and, along with her amazing husband, is raising two fantastic boys.
